La certificazione CompTIA A+ attesta le competenze necessarie per operare in modo professionale nell’ambito del supporto tecnico informatico Hardware Software e di Rete. Questa certificazione Internazionale accreditata dall’ANSI in conformità con lo Standard ISO 17024 e approvata inoltre dal DoD per la Direttiva 8140/8570.01-M.
Riconosciuta in tutto il mondo, richiesta dalle maggiori organizzazioni internazionali come Dell, Intel, HP, U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) ai propri tecnici.
E’ indipendente dai produttori e quindi copre le varie tecnologie informatiche, senza confinare il candidato ad una specifica piattaforma, conferendogli più flessibilità ed adattabilità alle varie situazioni che potrebbe trovare. CompTIA A+ certifica le abilità di un tecnico nell’ Installazione e configurazione dei Sistemi Operativi, la diagnostica di problematiche Hardware e software dei PC desktop, portatili e degli ultimi dispositivi mobile Android e iOS, fino all’ implementazione e manutenzione di piccole reti LAN. Figure lavorative che richiedono Comptia A+: sistemisti informatici aziendali, Operatori Help Desk I e II livello, addetti alla vendita nell’ambito ICT, It support technicians, It support administrators, IT support specialists e studenti che vogliano collocarsi nell’ambito lavorativo informatico-Tecnologico e prepararsi ad affrontare percorsi formativi più specialistici nell’ambito IT.
